Jaynain is a highly versatile People and Culture enthusiast with over 7 years of Human Resources development. Fascinated by the intersection between humans, the environment they operate in and the technology they use, Jaynain has and continues to steadily develop his expertise in organizational culture strategy. He currently holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources and a Minor in Psychology.

Nurtured in 4 countries, since Jaynain’s early childhood he has been immersed in various cultures where he noticed how different cultures behaved differently despite similar behavioral triggers. From that point on, he has always sought to understand how human behavior is governed by their (social and physical) environment.

Jaynain’s unique upbringing has molded him into a socially intelligent individual who enjoys building meaningful connections with people of all walks of life. He possesses expertise in organizational culture assessment, organizational development strategies, employee experience design, employee engagement, change management and organizational capacity building but remains interested in human factor engineering, workplace design and workplace wellbeing.

Beyond his professional work, Jaynain has always been involved with the community. During his undergraduate program, he was involved with multiple student organizations and was recognised by the Trent University community 4 times for his incredible development work on diversity, internalization, and inclusion. He also has a creative side to him. He is currently working on some NFT albums and has produced a light hearted podcast - Inner-vate. Additionally he is fortunate to have been featured in the WUSC Trent University Local Committee Documentary and Kenga Magazine’s Silicon Issue: Web 3.Z (2022).

Jaynain’s desire to positively impact the world was behind his involvement with establishing WeTopia. Through his work he is eager to help create exceptional workplaces where employees strive to ensure their organizations thrive.
