Workspace Architect

Tinashe Machokoto, the Workspace Architect, is a visionary HR generalist with expertise in organizational culture development, workspace design and training development. With an Honours Degree in Sociology and countless hours working on various organizational and employee development programs, he has developed a keen interest in how spaces impact people, thus developing different strategies for designing office spaces that support workers' needs and desires.

Outside of his work-space focus, Tinashe has carved a second creative lane as a writer, author and all-round artist. Over the past half-decade he has written for a few different brands and blogs, and self-published his own works under his own creative brand For The People. Through his work, he’s gained a keen understanding of how creativity is a necessity regardless of the field of work, as such allowing him to find success in the different projects he’s worked on. With WeTopia as his most recent venture, he is enthusiastic about the impact the company will enable him to have in peoples work lives and spaces.
