Tinashe Machokoto is a skilled HR generalist who specialises in human-centred work, Office Dynamics, and Office Design. With 3 years of progressive HR experience, Tinashe possesses a sound knowledge of what makes up an organization, and an understanding of what company culture really means. Over the years he has pivoted into the broad field that is Org. Dev, and has become well-versed in human-centred organizational development and project management. He has an Honours Degree in Sociology and has developed a keen interest in how spaces impact people, and the effects this has on their work. Subsequently, this obsession has led him to develop strategies for optimal office design.

Tinashe is a visionary with expertise in organizational culture development, training development, and delivery. He possesses outstanding written communication skills, which he has honed through his creative writing and self-publishing of three fictional short stories. Having lived on multiple continents, within multiple nations, in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Canada and South Africa, Tinashe understands the importance of social intelligence and has developed exceptional people skills by way of interacting and collaborating with a vast diversity of them.
